The Case of the Drowning Duck, 24 x 18, oil on linen
The Case of the Drowning Duck was written by Erle Stanley Gardner in 1942. I love the title of the book. It's about "a chemist who drowns ducks and becomes a murder suspect.".
The Book Cover Woman looks like she's trying to claw he way out of her Plain Brown Wrapper.
